Terms of Service

1. What ZONDED is

ZONDED reads the public sources you connect yourself — Telegram channels and RSS feeds — strips repeats and retellings, collapses one story into one signal, and explains why it matters to you specifically.

The finished issue is available in your feed and arrives by email, daily or weekly, as you choose.

2. We do not need access to your accounts

We read only what is already open to everyone: the web preview of public Telegram channels and open RSS feeds. We never ask for passwords, do not connect to your Telegram account, and cannot see your private chats, private channels, or subscriptions.

3. Your account

The service requires an account with a working email address. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to that address.

• Use an address you actually control: it is also how access is recovered.
• Do not forward code emails to anyone — the code grants access to your account.
• Tell us if you notice a sign-in you did not make.

4. Acceptable use

In using the service, you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• transmit malicious code;
• attempt unauthorised access to our systems or to other users’ data;
• generate automated load that interferes with the service.

5. Third-party content

Text, images and links that reach your feed belong to their authors and rights holders. We claim no rights in them, show excerpts for reference, and always link to the original.

We do not verify material from the sources you connect and are not responsible for its content. Headlines, summaries and the “why it matters” line are generated automatically by a language model and may contain errors — make decisions from the original.

If you are a rights holder and believe material is shown improperly, write to us and we will review it.

6. Data and privacy

How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy. By using the service you agree to the handling described there.

7. Payment

The service is currently free: there are no paid plans, we accept no payments and collect no payment details.

If paid plans arrive, their terms will be published in advance, and features already available to you will not become paid retroactively.

8. The service is provided “as is”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete coverage of sources, or that any particular story will make it into an issue. External sources may change their markup, restrict access, or disappear.

9. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Thirteen Lab or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new “last updated” date at the top.
